UniSR’s digital transformation required extensive work across the university to improve lessons both on site and remotely. STIM Tech Group, through MCA, designed and delivered the audio-video and collaboration systems for the new classrooms.

The challenge

Put students at the centre of the learning environment: deliver visual comfort and speech intelligibility in 150- and 300-seat rooms, while supporting in-person and remote teaching without adding complexity for lecturers.

The solution

Kramer or Crestron automation, HDBaseT distribution, 55-inch Sony displays, interactive touch displays, projection in selected rooms, streaming and cloud collaboration. Yamaha audio combines DSP, amplification and Adecia microphones, with customised room scenarios and simple teaching interfaces.
