Digitising an academic milestone without losing its meaning or participation.

The relationship with Campus Bio-Medico began during the Covid-19 emergency, when medical graduation sessions needed to be virtualised without losing the formality and shared nature of the event.

The challenge

Connect the examination board, graduates and families by integrating in-person participation, video meetings and YouTube streaming.

The solution

AYNO selected Zoom Webinar and supported the entire event. The first session involved 17 graduates and recorded 3,307 views; the experience also led to the adoption of a Zoom Room for the boardroom.
