AYNO supported MA Group in deploying Zoom meeting rooms in Italy and abroad, creating a consistent collaboration experience across different offices.

The challenge

Standardize meeting rooms across Rome, Naples, Brindisi, Brazil and the United States, simplifying meeting startup and collaboration among distributed teams.

The solution

The project includes two Zoom Rooms in Italy with 82-inch Samsung displays, one Zoom Room in Brazil with a 65-inch LG display and one in the United States with a 75-inch Samsung display, integrated with Zoom, Logitech, Aver, Biamp, Barco, LG and Crestron technologies.
