The challenge

Technology as
a business ally.

CBRE wanted to transform its new Milan headquarters into a showcase for its way of working: flexible, collaborative, activity-based and client-focused.

The layout included different environments for focused work, phone calls, teamwork and client meetings. Technology had to blend into the architecture, be immediately intuitive and support an activity-based working model.

Objectives

  • Make meetings with clients and distributed teams more effective.
  • Create flexible, multifunctional spaces that are easy to use.
  • Integrate collaboration, videoconferencing and visual communication.
  • Reduce visible cabling and perceived complexity for users.

The solution

One coordinated
experience.

AYNO integrated 24 multimedia rooms with videoconferencing systems, wireless sharing and interactive collaboration tools. The boardroom was equipped with an 85-inch display and a dedicated videoconferencing system.

The 60-seat auditorium includes a video wall made up of eight displays. Art walls and digital signage extend visual communication into the reception area and circulation spaces.
