Luciano Zoccoli

CEO - Founding Partner

Luciano Zoccoli was born in Rome in 1955. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering he nevertheless worked for many years in the real estate and construction business including the renovation of very old buildings. In 1996 he opened the San Giovanni in Ayno conference centre in the historic centre of Rome, inside a former medieval church. Here was a space in which business meetings go hand in hand with history and technology, and he pushed the use of professional videoconferencing, in partnership with PictureTel, the then market leader. In 2000, building on this experience and examples he witnessed abroad, he founded Ayno Videoconferenze, a company that he has since managed, centred around providing video services to business.

Antonella Anzini

Accounting Manager

Graduated in Language Mediation.

She has been with Ayno from its foundation and since 2005 she has been the account and finance manager.

Pierpaolo Cazzato


Pierpaolo graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico University in Turin.
He is currently the Technical Manager for Northern Italy and Head of Pre- and Post-Sales, specializing in issues concerning videoconferencing infrastructure and networking.

Matteo Grop

Head of Support

With multi-year experience in TLC governance as service manager, he currently coordinates swift and effective intervention by the Milan and Rome teams to ensure they meet their customer SLAs.

Giulia Cassone

Marketing & Communication

Experience in digital marketing, both in communication agency and in companies from different sectors. For Ayno she follows the activities related to the enhancement of the brand and corporate services, through multi-channel media planning and co-marketing initiatives with vendors.
